How credits work
Short utility AI — auto-tagging and rewriting the current text — is free within the daily and monthly allowance. Log cleanup, Vot reasoning, long context, images, generative visualizations, web collection, and routines spend credits. Usage depends on the model and how much it reads and writes. Credits come in three kinds. Plan credits arrive with each billing cycle and reset when the next one starts, unless your plan carries them over. Earned credits — quests, referrals, your share of Vot Hub subscriptions, and knowledge network rewards — expire 90 days after they're granted. Purchased credits never expire. We always spend them in that order: plan, then earned, then purchased. When someone subscribes to your Vot, you receive part of the subscription price as earned credits. Earned credits are service units for evot.io AI features and compute or other Vot subscriptions. They are not cash income and cannot be withdrawn. Bring your own API key on Pro and calls made with it don't touch your credits.
Payments and taxes
Prices are in US dollars. Polar Software, Inc. is our Merchant of Record: Polar sells the subscription to you, handles the payment and the invoice, and collects and remits any VAT, GST, or sales tax due in your country. Depending on where you are, tax may be included in the price shown or added at checkout. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime from Settings › Billing.
